Dr. Carle attended Swarthmore College and Tufts Veterinary School. She is a board-certified veterinary dentist. She treats dogs and cats in her new clinic. Dr. Carle sometimes treats wild animals as a volunteer at zoos and wildlife refuges. She enjoys veterinary dentistry because she can resolve pain and infection with one procedure. She loves sending home a pain-free and infection-free pet.
Rihanna is a Washington native and has worked in the veterinary industry since 2013. She has always been passionate about providing quality patient care and client education. After spending time in both general practice and emergency medicine, her journey brought her to specialty dentistry. Outside of work she finds fulfillment in supporting wildlife conservation and fostering with The Cavalier Rescue USA. She is a proud pet parent to two dogs, Vision, her Saint Bernard, and Blossom, her Cavalier, as well as two cats, Peggy and Red.
On a day off you might find her enjoying a plate of sushi and a glass of champagne while singing along to Taylor Swift or diving into a video game with a true crime documentary playing in the background. She also loves attending concerts, sporting events *Go Hawks*, and traveling the world with her husband.
Payton is a dedicated newly licensed veterinary professional with three years of experience in the field and a recent graduate of Pima Medical Institute. Originally from San Diego, her passion for the outdoors and wildlife led her to Washington, where she has continued to grow her skills and deepen her commitment to high-quality animal care. She has developed a special interest in veterinary dentistry and is passionate about advancing her knowledge in this area.
Outside of the clinic, Payton enjoys a fun and creative lifestyle. She shares her life with her two cats, Milo and Sage, and spends her free time running, practicing yoga, paddleboarding, painting, and hanging out with friends.
Shya has been working in veterinary medicine since 2021 and loves being part of a team that helps pets live happy, healthy lives. She especially enjoys getting to know all the different personalities that come through the hospital!
Outside of work, Shya is a competitive speed skater who loves staying active, spending time with her pets, traveling, and making memories with family and friends. She is always excited to learn something new and is so happy to be part of the team!
Tiffany brings a unique blend of precision and passion to our team. Analytical by training and an animal lover by nature, she is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care for our patients and clients. Tiffany pairs a degree in Chemistry and Math and a former career in financial advising with a decorated history of animal advocacy, including multiple awards from her years volunteering at Regional Animal Services of King County. Advocating for shelter pets inspired her transition into the veterinary field in 2021 to pursue her passion for animal health.
A native of Washington, Tiffany is an outdoor enthusiast who loves biking, boating, and snow-shoeing. When she isn’t tending to our patients or her succulent garden, you can find her enjoying the opera, reading historical fiction, or watching old movies with her husband, and their two dogs and two cats.
Animal Dentistry Specialists of Seattle has teamed with My Anesthesiologist for customized anesthesia protocols, livestream monitoring and emergency anesthesia guidance. This partnership provides us access to a team of board-certified anesthesiologists for medically challenging anesthesia cases. The board-certified anesthesiologist is able to view the patient’s vital signs in real time by directly connecting to our anesthetic monitors and coordinating with the doctor and nurses on the case. This allows us to handle complex cases with confidence, with a board-certified anesthesiologist on board. In the unlikely event of an anesthetic emergency in a routine case, we have immediate access to an anesthesiologist to help us manage the emergency.
